Sunday School

Our adult, “Before The Sermon” class is an in-depth study of the morning message in a dialogue and discussion format and is led by our pastor.

“Passing the Legacy of Faith to the Next Generation” class guides ALL mentors to children and youth (parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, neighbors) on how we can pass the legacy of faith to the next generation. This class is led by David & Jane Nicholas.

Sunday School starts at 9:30 a.m.

Journey Through the Bible

This study is geared toward ladies wanting a fundamental knowledge and understanding of the Bible. More advanced members also enjoy this group as there are also discussions that dig deeper into the meaning of Scripture.

This group meets on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at the church from 11:00 – 12:30.

Soul Sisters

This group loves studying God’s Word and growing closer to Him and each other. Beyond the walls of their weekly study, they also partner in mission with the Golden Girls’ group home and other community ministries.

Soul Sisters meet Thursday mornings at 9:00 at the church.

S.A.L.T. (Sisters Abiding in Light & Truth)

This group enjoys fellowship, prayer, and in-depth study into God’s Holy Word.

S.A.L.T. meets Wednesday evenings at the church at 6:30.

Men’s Bible Study

This group meets Tuesday evenings at 7:00 at the church.

Saturday Morning Men’s Coffee

Please join us each Saturday morning at 8:30 as we gather at Butter It Up in the food court at The Market on 3rd Ave., downtown. Although there is no formal lesson, there is a lot to be learned each week. We usually have a very enlightened discussion of current events, church activities, or personal experiences.

Feel free to join us and be a part of the Christian fellowship we enjoy each Saturday morning.

Memorial Day Weekend Retreat

Every year on Memorial Day weekend, the congregation of Christ Presbyterian Church gathers in local parks for three days of recreation and renewal worship and study. Our retreat is for ALL ages. Activities include inflatables, pony rides, games, discipleship, food, and fellowship.

Location & Weekly Schedule

Christ Presbyterian Church is located at 75 East Pea Ridge Road in East Huntington, right off of Rt. 60, across from the Pea Ridge Plaza Shopping Center.

We gather for worship at 10:30 a.m. each Sunday, with Sunday School classes preceding worship at 9:30 a.m. We also host a series of Bible Studies and small group gatherings throughout the week.
